    Lovely room on 4th floor. Very clean.

    Mini bar fridge didn't work, took a few comlaints before the problem was addressed.

    On a cost and location basis would be willing to stay there again.

    Location and an okay place to stay if mainly in the city to sight see. Room basic but generally okay and air conditioning weak but beneficial.

    Uninspiring and an annoying leaking shower that created a permenant wet bathroom floor.

    Nice helpful staff and in a very good position for Barri Gothic

    Busy road but good double glazing. Not much space in rooms considering it is 4 star rated hotel.

    Sehr gute und zentrale Lage. Zimmer nicht sehr gross, aber sauber. Kästen viel zu klein und ungenügend tief, in den fixen Abteilen können nicht einmal normal gefaltete T-Shirts oder Hemden hingelegt werden. Fühstücksaal völlig unterkühlt, ohne dicke Wolljacke ist man nach 5 Minuten blau gefroren!

    Personnels sympathiques et receptifs : nous avons pu changer de chambre sans problèmes

    Je ne comprends pas en quoi il peut-être classé " Hotel mystère" !
