Baño limpios y completo, ducha no bañera.

We have stayed here several times now and have never had any problem. The staff are always courteous and helpful.

Ver small point, the shower head kept falling off the holder.

You really need to have a car, nothing much within walking distance as its on a very busy road. Cant comment on the availlability of public transport. There doesnt seem to be a metro or train station nearby; dont know about buses.

I booked the hotel to avoid the long (early morning) commute on my way to Ciampino. The hotel was cheaper than my city centre appartment, but with two taxi rides of 30 EUR each (one from the city centre - which could've been 22 EUR, had the hotel been better signposted), the other of 35 EUR to the airport, this breaks even (or worse) price-wise, as I can go from the city centre to the airport for 30 EUR fixed price. Advertising the hotel as "Ciampino airport" on the Web site where I booked the hotel (hotel.com? ryanair? easyjet? - don't remember) borders on cheating - one expects a fast commute to the airport, but not one that costs so much. On the inside of the room door, there is a table with the maximum price for the room in hight season. It is "430EUR" (!), even if I paid ~85GBP for it. This is quite intimidating - if I overstayed, would I've been charged that price??! In summary - I won't use the hotel again, unless I need to catch a plane in a rush hour - and then I'll try to find something that is actually near the airport.

The room was clean, nice bathroom too. The flat TV screen was also of the right size for the room. Check-in was easy (I had prepaid).

There was no drinking glass/cup in the room; the zero-heating air-conditioning system meant one could not open the windows and the air was very stiff and dry. To call the lift, one had to press buttons strangely signed "2" and "3" (the latter upside-down) rather than the usual "up" and "down" arrows. Most importantly, the hotel is poorly sign-posted. My taxi driver missed the sign in front of the driveway to the hotel, and circled for another 10 min (=10 EUR), even after I made 2 phone calls to the reception in the meantime. There needs to be a sign 100-200m before the hotel when coming from the city centre! Also, Google maps do not show the hotel location properly - it appears right on top of a round-about, and on the opposite side of the road. The taxi driver's GPS (sat-nav) did not recognise the address (944 via Prenestina) and tried to turn us back towards the city centre about 5-6 km before we reached the hotel (around the level of 200 via Prenestina). You need to advertise this on the Web page, together with 2 maps - one showing how to go there from the city centre/airport, the other - a detailed map of the last 200m.

Enables a hotel shuttle to and from the hotel.

Is a little way out from the city centre.

staff very helpful and once inside real value for money

the location less good though not as bad as some comments make out the courtesy bus fine though one back in the late afternoon would help Ironically the viewsout of the the hotel were not too bad but the street was awful from the debris left behind then a range of sexual activity took place there. The road at the end was impossible to cross so if you wanted to access a Carrefour the main Social Security office the American Hospital in Rome or a range of working girls you had to drive

    Nothing

AtenciosamenteLuiz Henrique Oltramari
