Hotel was bright and welcoming. Front staff very helpfull. Usual problems with towels on sun beds that are not used all day was very annoying. Breakfast and lunch is very good only criticism you need to have lunch early as dishes are not replenished.On the whole a very enjoyable place to say - peaceful and very restful.

This hotel has fantastic views over the bay of Palma. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The room was cleaned to a high standard. Breakfasts were excellent. This was our second visit and it will not be our last!

The only negative aspect was a very surly male receptionist who checked us in. Lacked any welcome, did not smile or even look directly at us and when we greeted him on other occassions during our stay hardly event responded.

tres bon hotel vraiment tres joli et tres calme alors qu'il y avait beaucoup de russes et allemand et anglais,mais ca ne nous a pas deranger ils etaient eux meme la pour se reposer et c etait tres agreable au niveau de la piscine et surtout au niveau de la mer qui est une petite crique et assez d espace au alentour pour se retrouver en couple et se reposer. Ca vaut bien un 4 etoiles et rapport qualite prix exellent.nous qvons passe um tres bon sejour dans cet hotel.
au niveau de la reception ou on ne parle pas bien le francais a part un monsieur tres gentil est qui etait souvent du soir heureusement pour nous quand on avait quelque chose a demander.

Prachtige ligging direct aan zee, Prachtig uitzicht. alle kamers hebben zeezicht. De linker kant kijkt het mooist uit op de baai van palma. Personeel is erg aardig en behulpzaam. Vanaf het Hotel ga je via een strandje zo de zee in.
Eten is minder. Ontbijt is prima

per la sera ci si deve spostare per trovare locali o passeggiate di mere, ma è un problema di tutta l'isola, solo palma città non ha questi problemi. munirsi di un mezzo diventa obbligatorio se si vogliono visitare altre parti dell'isola poichè i pullman sono troppo lenti. vicino all'hotel c'è una spiaggia non molto grande, carina però. l'hotel ha una terrazza meravigliosa a dir poco e si dorme con il dolce rumore delle onde

La note de 3 est ce qui ne me convient pas ,l'echelle pour descendre à la mer est très glissante et fait mal aux pieds, des marches plates serait moins dangereuses
