Very central location and very clean.
Room was beside the lift which was very noisy all night. Would recommend to my friends when booking to request room away from lift. Also bar was freezing. Had to sit in lobby beside fire.
Go to opera. Lively bar Robinsons accross road

There is the hotel in the very convenient place.
There is not a ventilation fan, and the bathroom is filled with moisture. I was hot, because the room does not have an air conditioner.

Breakfast was very good and varied Dinner menu needs to be more inventive and interesting Your special offer price was superb, especially as it was a bank holiday Room service superb especially your cleaning staff

hotel clean and comfortible, staff professional and friendly
food in the restaurant was v/bad, had to send it back and did not eat @ the hotel any evening after that. Better would be got @ a greasy spoon,much better

Stay at hotel was for both business and pleasure, with my wife joining for latter 2 days of my stay. The hotel was excellent for both businss and leisure use.

As we were on floor 11 and there was a function on the floor above us we were kept awake due to the noise of the loud music and the foot stomping !!

The hotel was very nice and the reception/restuarant staff very helpful and freindly. Room was very clean and spacious, well worth a visit.
Bar staff not freindly and toilet in bar area was in an awful state, the stench was terrible. I used it once only because of this. Most hotels don't charge guests for WI FI broadband to guests, dissapointed with that.

el hotel estuvo muy bien, y en una zona muy buena, la mala gestion fue de EASYJETHOTELS.NET, cuando llegamos al hotel, no teniamos reserva, y despues de estar esperando un buen rato, hasta que os llamaron, nos dieron otra habitacion, que no ser correspondia con la reservada
