    Also good quality/price ratio

    The facilities are very good and the atmosphere is very nice. The suttle to the airport is an excellent option

    The temperature of the room was low for kids (a bit cold) and the shuttle frequency also a bit low

    We can easily take the bus from the hotel to the airport and then connect to London

    we had come down for our grandsons first nativity and as we live a distance away thought we would come down the night before and make sure that we were there to see this special event. Hotel was conveinet to the area we needed to be in After the journey we were looking forward toa relaxing swim and use of the leisure facilities

    Hotel looking very tired and could do with a lick of paint Leisure:- the swimming pool area and sauna/steam rooms very poor, hot tub difficult to gt ito as no steps up to it Matress on the bed was very very soft woke in the morning with bad back Although there is a large car park spaces are limited and tight due to the amount of people doing park and fly, it would benifit from the long term car parking to be put at the back of the car park leaving the spaces close to the hotel for those staying a short time

    near to gatwick airport 10 min curtesy buses nice louge & dinning area polite staff good breakfast

    bed very unconfortable, matress needs changeing rooms very old decoration and dark,dirty carpet and curtains .

    There is a lovely walk along a stream through a woods and to a new pub in a housing estate that has the best food, well priced, that I have eaten in the UK. The pub is called the "Frog" something.

    They say 24h check in but i got to the reception and they had no room and had to wait for 1h and a half before they gave me a room.

    good location, good shuttle service.

    hotel in desperate need of redecoration and bathroom refurbishment. Public areas very grubby and unpleasant to sit in. The hotel had character and could be very nice if cleaned, decorated and then properly looked after.
