Hotel Estalagem do Cerro

Por el precio el hotel no está mal, pero no podemos esperar gran cosa.

El personal de la cocina, muy atentos. La tranquilidad del hotel y de la zona. Mucho aparcamiento alrededor.

El aire acondicionado es central, por lo tanto no podemos controlarlo nosotros y los primeros días nos morimos de calor por la noche. No os recomiendo el hotel si sois muy calurosos. Tampoco tiene wifi en las habitaciones, aunque en algunas páginas digan que si. El personal de recepción es bastante serio. Los horarios no están hecho para los Españoles y todo en el hotel cerraba muy pronto. Poca variedad en el buffet aunque lo que habia estaba muy bueno.

Muchas cosas, por la noche el pueblo es un pasada, bonito y con mucho ambiente. Mucha música en directo y espectáculos en la calle y los bares. Y cerca hay un zoo acuatico con atracciones, un circuito de velocidad, un museo de estatuas de arena, ...

El horario de limpieza en las habitaciones del hotel nos parece más incómodo que el de España.

Muy agradable el bar del hotel.

La amabilidad del personal. Su precio. Se puede ir andando al centro.

Su maravillosa cuesta a la playa y al centro. Necesita reformarse. Su piscina cubierta helada en verano. Le sobra una estrella

Además de lo que me ha costado el hotel he tenido que salir a comer fuera, la comida no era mala, sino malisima, no comprendo que en un lugar de la costa no sirvan pescado! No le recomiendo a nadie este hotel, y el desayuno muy escasito. yo no sé porqué tendrá 4 estrellas pero he estado en hoteles de 2 estrellas que le dan mil vueltas a este

localização, tem uma vista muito bonita.

o acesso aos quartos, ter que mudar de elevador, elevadores pequenos. horário do pequeno almoço, deveria ser mais cedo.

nada, mas como o centro de albufeira fica perto, lá tem muitas coisas para fazer.

a very splendid hotel, beautiful room awesome view. The staff were most friendly. Pool area is very nice.

Not much for kids to do. The pool snack bar was very slow but nice food. Restaurant food only ok, nothing special.

Beach

A very friendly staff and a welcoming feel. Lovely sense of being a well established place as opposed to all the new build. A nice use of marble and traditional materials. There was plenty of food provided and all tastes were catered for. The room was spacious and clean with a lovely view out over the bay. It was a really good place to use as a base to do business from as it was close to the fast roads, yet not subject to traffic noise.

I loved the indoor pool but could only use it the once as it had limited opening hours. It is very small so if it was open for longer it would spread the demand.

We tried to find local restaurants but because of the time of year there were few open. The one we used was good, fresh food and a nice atmosphere but expensive. The cafes open at lunch time were good. The shopping centre was being resurfaced but the shop keepers took this in their stride./ There is a lovely jewellery shop at the top of the steps with creative flair in the designs. This is a good area to use as a base. The hotel is close to the old quarter which could be intimidating at night if you are nervous but we had no problem walking around. It is a good location for touring.

Should be a 3* very very misleading! End up paying more money anyway for facilities!

Had all the facillities of a 4*

Bad service, misinformed about the use of facilities and extra charges. No minibar or room service. Had to pay for ice and internet. gym and indoor pool not usable after 5pm (who wants to use these when the sun is shining!!). should be a 3*

Location was good but whole area very expensive. might as well have got all-inclusive

The hotel was very nice,the room nicely decorated, spacious and clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Although breakfast every day contained the same range of food,there was plenty and you could easily have different breakfast each day. I guess the only drawback was the fact that the hotel is on the steep hill,however pesonally I did not mind that walk to the beach and back as kept me in shape.
