    Food was good cleanliness of the hotel was okay however they are still in middle of a refurb.

    Room was 607, top floor and the water pressure was very low, making showering difficult.

    Staff friendly,let us store bikes in cloakroom for our stay

    We asked for an iron but the iron they brought had a plug which was hanging off and not safe at all. Woken up on the first morningto ask if we wanted the rrom cleaned - at 8am on a sat - i would consider this far too early - we were still asleep as on holiday after all. on 2nd orning despite having the do not disturb sign on door woken up at 7.45am by maid service. Not really acceptable i think. Room clean but hotel itsealf quite dated,

    The hotel decor was tatty, threadbare carpet in reception, peeling wallpaper on landings and the carpet in our room stained. The electric towel rail in the bathroom was damaged and was potentially dangerous, we reported it to reception so I trust it has been attended to. On the plus side the hotel responded to my request for a quiet room, top floor with a nice view of the river. Dinner was very tastey and well served. Although the hotel had seen better days we would stay there again as it was good value for that type of hotel and maybe next time the decorators will have been in!

    Only there two nights. First night woken at 6:30am by fire alarm (false alarm). Second night woken at 1:30am and again at 2:15am by drunken yobs shouting and balling out side our room.This was mentioned at the front desk on checking out, the response was: "Sorry but these things do happen". Well true, but it's still extremely annoying and I get the impression that this sort of thing is a regular occurrence at the Erskine Bridge Hotel. So I very much doubt that I?ll be back.

    we loved the hotel and the facilities but the room was terrible, it was very old and the beds were very uncomfortable. i am unsure if all the rooms are the same the price we paid was very reasonable for a family room, but would have paid more for a better room

    The room we stayed in was beside the elevater so it was very noisey.
