Muy bien situado, buena zona al lado de Central Park. Bastante moderno y bien decorado. Pequeña sala de fitnes y WIFI gratuitos. Buen trato del personal.

Good location, Upper West Manhattan, fancy bar downstairs and a trendy roof top.

Very old air conditioning machines which are very noisy. Window frames too old as well so you will hear a lot of the street noise. Small rooms. Long waits for the elevator/lift. Frecuently one was out of service. No WIFI conecctions during five days, however, we were told that it would be fix in a couple of hours. It never happened.

Walks in Central Park, lots of shops, ...

Nice lobby which gave the place a grand look. However the new decor is dark brown carpet with a dark forest effect wallpaper giving dark corridors. Not a 4.5 star hotel by any means, maybe a good 3-4.

Convenient location to Metro & Central Park, walking distance to Mid Town. Was upgraded to superior room.

Air conditioning was old fashioned and very noisy so did not use. Had internal room so as not to have traffic noise instead suffered all night from other external air conditioning noises and deliveries early morning. Bed was very hard & gave me a sore back (but wife thought it was 'fine')

Restaurants across the road are a rip off! - as was most of the city and despite what they say I couldn't find a decent breakfast anywhere.

Beautiful lobby bar and great modern decor. Location is spot on 3 min walk to subway station and right next to central park. Great views from rooftop bar. Free Wi-Fi. Maid visits room twice a day with lots of posh toiletries, a few magazines and the occasional cake!

Room was small and VERY HOT in the middle of one of the coldest winters for years... complained to front desk who said they'd send up an engineer... when we got back the air con was blasting out warm air instead of cold :(

Lincoln Centre of performing arts - fantastic Jazz nights if a bit pricey, a couple of small cinemas just round the corner, central park stone's throw away. Up-market shopping mall 1min walk. Close to subway and 5mins walk to 5th ave shopping.

I would strongly advise anyone to stay there. I would stay there again when visiting New York

One of the best i have ever stayed in. The roof-top Bar offers great views of the city
