el hotel esta muy bien situado al ladito de la giralda. El desayuno es muy correcto. Y la decoracion muy original.
el personal, con excepciones, resultaba bastante desagradable, se atasco el lavabo, vinieron a arreglarlo y a limpiar -lo hicieron fatal-. la luz d la habitacion era insuficiente -imposible maquillarse correctamente-, no habia secador d pelo. quizas porque nuestra habitacion estaba en un primero se oia bastante ruido de la calle. en el desayuno nos comentaron q el dia de salida nos dejarian algo en recepcion puesto q nuestro vuelo era muy temprano.. Se les olvido!!

Well positioned
The hotel had a disco/bar on the roof which generated a lot of noise late into the night. It was not clear on the website that this would be the case and the sound proofing of the rooms was inadequate. One of the rooms we had had no natural light and was missing key items on arrival.

Great hotel. Contemporary and modern in the most historical city in Spain. Few steps to the Giralda cathedral (former mosque). Very nice atmosphere in the lobby, rooms are fantastic and so so nice, furniture is nice, colours are calm and rich, design is wow, breakfast is simple but with good number of varaities, fresh juices and fresh orange juice (Seville is famous for its good oranges), egg served hot from the kitchen if you order (included in the price of the room), it has a terrace which is so romantic at night with parties from time to time, terrace has contemporary furniture and bar, swimming pool is so good in day light looking at the Girlada, and at night you can have wonderful view of the Giralda once its fully lit, spa and message services are available.

Go to flamenco show (plent available nearby), go to flamenco museum, visit the Girlada, the cathedral, el Cazar (old royal palace), boat ride on Guadaliquiver river, many authentic outdoor dining places, etc.

La insonorización de las habitaciones. A als 9 de la mañana empiezan a sonar las campanas de la Catedral y parece que están dentro de tu habitación.

Un solo piccolo commento al Milagritos...40 minuti di attesa per un piatto di formaggio (piu volte sollecitato) arrivato poi senza pane a bevande ormai ultimate...direi che nella terra delle tapas non è il massimo!Per il resto l'hotel e il servizio davvero perfetti!Grazie!

Su situación: impagable.
No funcionaba el equipo de música. TV se ve mal. Personal muy guapo pero no muy amable. Creo que, en general, no llega a ser un 5 estrellas.
