I would not recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a good nights sleep and feel the Best Western name should be removed from the title as this portrays the expectation of a certain standard which is definately not provided in this hotel.
Most Staff in the reception and in the bar/restuarant were helpful/professional and pleasant even during the very busy breakfast period - Prices of the food/beverages in the hotel were very reasonable.
The hotel whilst having clean sheets and a clean bathroom needs a complete refurb. All furniture/decorations are from the 50s/60s and do not promote a feeling of " clean " The noise from the main road is excessively loud even during the early hours of the morning. One lift was out of order the whole weekend leaving one only for the whole hotel, with 10 floors this meant availability was limited and dimly lit stairs did not encourage walking !
Near to the metro stops - 20 mins walk to Rossio square - small bars/shop near by

This is an older hotel with rooms smaller than you normally get with modern hotels. Bathroom was small with no place to stand you things. Otherwise it was clean and well maintained. The staff were curtious. The standard of breakfast was well prepared in line with what we expected. We didn't eat at the hotel in the evenings, we prefered to eat out but the menu didn't look very tempting. We were offered the choice of a room at the front of the hotel overlooking a main road or a quiet room to the rear. We chose the quiet room and whilst there was no traffic noise there was an air-conditioning extractor fan in the quadrangle to the rear which was continuious and noisy.

La situación del hotel dentro de la ciudad es sensacional. La habitación y el desayuno son correctos.
Se ha quedado un poco anticuado.
