El hotel es un "bed and breakfast". La habitación que nos dieron no era muy grande pero estaba toda reformada y muy limpia. Los dueños son encantadores y muy amables y el ambiente es muy acogedor.

Lo único negativo es que está a 30 minutos a pié del centro de la ciudad. Pero hay una parada de autobús justo en frente.

No se pueden hacer actividades, en principio. Es un hotel para dormir y desayunar, pero yo lo recomendaría si duda.

It was quite cheap so i was happy with what i got, a clean bed and bathroom and with breakfast included...great! Location was good too

Dirty and rundown interior. Didnt have the breakfast so cannot comment on food quality.

Situated within easy reach of the city centre, the hotel is quite large, and well presented. The staff are polite and very friendly. A good place to stay overall.

Unfortunately most of the City centre taxi drivers do not know this hotel as the Edinburgh House Hotel, so a couple of them were late arriving, and were a little bemused on the way back. The room we were in was a sub-divided room, so the walls were a little thin - needless to say we were woken a few times by laughter from the next room. If you get a room at the front of the hotel, then the lack of double glazed windows can lead to a lack of sleep for some people, as the road can be quite busy outside.

The hotel is only 10 mins walk from the city centre, so there's an abundance of things to do nearby....

first room was very disapointing, asked to be moved, which they did. better room, nothing flash. would not use again

Totally disgraceful...the place was like a riot - NO sleep, teenage idiots running riot until 7am,, I hate this place, and the manager was not helpful and did not refund me,,

I got the feeling this hotel had recently come under new ownership and the new owners were in the process of trying to update everything. Room decor wasn't particularly attractive but the room was clean. Decent value at the price but if any more expensive I think I'd look at Premier Inns etc.

ls good value for money in Edinburgh - budget accommodation at a reasonable price. Room was clean, flat screen TV with Freeview channels.

decor very average - will possibly be better in the future rather mazy method of getting to rooms - probably a result of joining multiple houses into one hotel
