Having stayed in Tenerife approx 25-30 times over the past 25 years i would say by far that the food was superb in terms of choice, freshness, variety and quality. The other advantage for me was that i was able to watch all of the bbc and itv channels and keep up with relevant news from back home.

Horrendous room on ground floor, must of had the sewarage main drain for all of the 5 floors above me, thus every toilet usage an d bath/ shower use was heard, which kept e awake throughout the night, it was compunded with the fact that there is not an inch of carpet in the whole building !! thus you can hear everything, try and avoid a ground floor room.

The last 2 times we stayed there we were given day passes to your other hotel with the spa but not this time as they would have been very welcome on the dull days we experienced

My sister-in-law and myselfhad an excellent stay at the hotel and as it was our first time, we can hardly wait to go back.

The room was lovely with a pool view. The food was excellent and the entertainment was also very good.

Shopping, bars pleasant walks. Very central.

The hotel is in a great location and the staff are really helpful. There are plenty of free sun loungers to use through the day and the pool area is kept clean and tidy. House-keeping to an excellent job also. Every day my nightie had been folded into an elegant shape on the bed.

We were put in a room on the ground floor, and every night around 4am we were woken by a strange, continuous, high pitched noise, as well as moving furniture. This was rectified though. After complaining we were moved.

Several good restaurants at the end of the road, and a fantastic family pub next door called "The George" where you can watch all your sport and big tv shows, enjoy a good meal and do quizzes, karaoke and other pub games. The beach isn't that much of a walk either/
