good location,very nice hotel bedrooms are lovely, the food was ok
not many staff in restaurant not much choice of food tables not set very well paper napkins
plenty of bars and restaurants nearby beach over the road

I have been coming to this hotel for many years, but the one thing that makes me keep coming back, is the staff. Apart from familiar faces, they are always smiling and friendly, and I do not say this lightly as I have been travelling around in business and pleasure for 50 years. The reception staff Miguel and Thomas and all the others, the restaurant and bar staff, cleaning ladies - everyone excellent 100% plus.

mi opinion es que a este hotel le sobra una estrella,tendria que ser de 3* el atendimiento es insuficiente,al igual que las istalaciones,es muy antiguo y las reformas deben haber sido minimas,el parkin es practicamente inesistente solo 10 coches,teniendo que llegar pronto para poder aparcar en el.la piscina mediocre.la animación para los niños es inesistente,por otra parte el ambiente en los alrededores es muy bueno,y la comida es excelente. en definitiva no volveré a este hotel.pero si a esta zona,y por su puesto a Mallorca. un saludo, y gracias por su interes.
