Very pleasanmt stay - an excellent breakfast
Would have appreciated coffee & tea making facilities in our room.
Recommend the use of the word 'charge' rather than 'fine' in the section on lost key-cards. 'Fine' suggests your clients might be villians!

A good reasonably priced hotel centrally located. Once you get the hang of Riga's public transort from outside the hotel travelling around is easy. I would stay there again

Very pleasanmt stay - an excellent breakfast
Nice staff at the reception. But always one person so you need to wait along time to get service.
Breakfast could be improved, youghurt and milk is not cold and white beans with tomato sause missing especially when you have egg and bacon. Very negative that no discount could be given on one extra day we wanted to stay longer when we already had stayed at your hotel for 5 days. This is the 3rd time we have stayed but we think of changing hotel for next time after this bad service.
