Bien situé
On aime ou on aime pas mais en résumé nous avons eu l'impression d'être dans la chambre d'ami "chez mémé" avec en prime des odeurs d'égout, un bruit monstrueux côté rue dès 6h du matin, une salle de bain plus qu'à rénover et j''en passe...De l'hôtel trois étoiles, il n'a que le hall, très joli, mais malheureusement pas à l'image de tout le reste.

Excelente ubicación. La habitación muy bien, limpio, cómodo.
Las areas comunes (escaleras, ascensor) y la ducha necesitan mantenimiento, modernización. Pero no es grave.

Il personale è gentilissimo. Ci hanno spiegato che la mancata prenotazione (pagata in anticipo con carta di credito) non era loro responsabilità. Il terzo giorno, appena è stata disponibile, ci hanno dato una stanza molto più grande e confortevole.
All'arrivo non risultava nessuna prenotazione e ci hanno sistemato nell'unica camera ancora disponibile molto piccola, finestra molto piccola, bagno senza bidet.

hotel in restructure, room and bathroom poor little ones, common atmospheres. it is from characterizing 1 star not 3!!! you visit it and you will scare yourselves

femme de chambre sympathique
bien situé
difficile à trouver.chambre étroite.réception pas accueillante et pas dans le même bâtiment.pas de salle à manger pour le petit déjeuner.entrée de l'hôtel sordide.ascenseur vétuste et peu fiable.

clean and centrally located, the hotel was fine for a short stay tourist visiting Rome.
No breakfast room so we had to sit on our bed to eat it - not ideal Quality of shower in our room was poor- water squirting everywhere and we were told that it could not be repaired until after we had left. After pressing this point, we did get access to a shower on a different floor.
Spanish Steps and Trevvi Fountain both within a 5 minute walk
