Staff were helpful
Not very good quality, rooms were disappointing. Hotel didn't live up to claims, such as Munich bar did not serve draught beers!

Sehr zentral gelegen, das Personal aufmerksam und hilfsbereit. Zwar nicht hypermodern aber mit einem gewissen Charm. Werde es bei einem weiteren Besuch in Kiev wieder buchen.

Ottimo hotel, con eccellenti servizi e disponibilità del personale,e soprattutto ottimo il rapporto qualità/prezzo.
L' hotel si trova a pochissimi passi dalle vie centrali della città e dalla metropolitana con la quale è possibile andare in tutti i punti della città. Vi sono nei pressi ottimi posti per mangiare a buon prezzo. Davvero situato in una posizione ottima.

The hotel is old, but anyway you have all what you need in a small room. Anyway, good price and location.
It´s very well located, right in the main square and 2 min walking from one the most important metro stations.
The personal of the reception were sometimes very rude. I ask several times for information, and they didn´t answer my questions, just: "you can pay for a private guide to show you the city for only 200 euros" (instead of: you can find some tourist information points here and here...) or "you can go to the airport with one of our private drivers for only 30 euros" (instead of: you can go here and take a regular bus for only 3 eur). I don´t agree with this behaviour of the reception, avoiding useful information to the tourist just to get money. Very disappointed.
