    Very impressed by the friendly members of staff, the rooms and the hotels facilities! Very convienient for the tram lines into the centre of Barcelona.

    The hotel is very clean, can not fault room. Although the hotel is far, there is good transport system near, with tram outside the hotel and metro a fews hundred yard away.

    We arrived 1.30pm and was told that room will not be ready till 3.00pm. We came back at 3.00pm and was told its will be ready in 20minutes, when we when to our room, the cleaner was still cleaning. The reception has it all wrong and had to wait till 4.00pm. Also a kettle was be more convient than a microwave. Really do need a kettle to make tea/coffee. One other negative point is the hotel is on far from the centre.

    Es mi segunda oportunidad de hospedarme en este hotel... y todo sigue muy bien. Excelente estancia.

    Personnel serviable et aimable. Transports publics a proximité, tramway juste en face de l'hotel et le metro a quelques metres. Acces au centre ville tres rapide. Pour les familles avec jeunes enfants, promenade a proximité, possibilité de balades à velo et pratiquer le skate.

    Notre chambre donnait sur un immeuble en construction nous cachant la vue sur la ville. Concernant le petit déjeuner le choix est varié mais pas renouvelé, donc au bout du troisieme jour on a envie d'autres choses

    tres bon hotel, tres bon rapport qualité prix, chambres spacieuses et propres, personnel agreable

    les tarifs des consos sont cheres, l'hotel, bien que pres du metro bus et tram reste quand meme plutot excentré
