    Receptionist were the only helpful staff. Classy room and INCREDIBLE location.

    What a disgusting room. Mould and grout build up in bathroom, damage to the padded walls and rooms were not serviced very well. Keys never worked, i was sleeping in a hallway for a triple. plastic cups only provided, would not even provide non-decaffinated instant coffee in the room. Mosquito infestation in the bathroom. I do not know how this place received 4 stars, ive stayed in better 2 star hotels. We booked months in advance and were given a room with no view. Staff offered a free breakfast to compensate, but even the breakfast was not fresh and always cold and regularly not attended to and empty. Way overpriced.

    Incredible location, could not be more impressed. Only meters from the Eiffel Tower.

    Well placed hotel for looking round central Paris

    The room was on the 6th floor and was not very big. There were never all the tea and coffee facilities in the room and each day we had to phone to reception for them. When we had booked out, we left out cases until we needed them for the flight. When we returned to pick them up we were told we could not use the toilet. At breakfast sometimes tere was not a full range of food - we needed to get to breakfast early to ensure we had choice.

    I WOULD PROBABLY USE THIS HOTEL WHEN NEXT IN PARIS.

    GOOD LOCATION ON A QUIET BROAD STREET SMALL ,FRIENDLY AND HELPFULL GOOD CLEAN ROOM OUR ROOM ENJOYED A BALCONY

    THE COFFEE FLASKS FOR BREAKFAST WERE QUICKLY EMPTIED RESULTING IN WAITING FOR REFILLS.HOWEVER THE COFFEE WAS WAS HOT AND FRESH

    Fab location, close to metro & local attractions. Rooms are of really good standard

    Could do with a lick of paint in areas, no channels on tv in english

    Effiel tower, nice restaurants, seine river cruise, near metro to visit other areas

    I would never stay at the hotel again.

    Fred (the morning-afternoon receptionist was very helpful and extremely friendly. The location.

    Breakfast was not worth the money. They´re were no hot foods and the staff was horrible. The room furniture was very outdated and the disorganized. The evening receptionist tried to sell me internet for more money than the morning receptionist and was even upset that she told us to come down for a taxi when we were ready to leave. Apparently it is more money if they call ahead. He was also very unfriendly.
