In general, not so good as we expected for a 4 star hotel, but not bad at all either.
Quite confortable beds, rooms containing all items you could need, wireless network in every floor, and it's a really quiet place.
Some of the receptionists were not friendly at all, and the breakfast is quite ordinary.
Nothing to do near the hotel, but the metro is quite close, so you can be in the city center in 10 minutes.

LA HABITACIÓN ESTABA BASTANTE BIEN, EL ÚNICO PROBLEMA ES QUE LAS VENTANAS NO TENÍAN PERSIANAS, SÓLO CORTINAS, Y A LAS 5 DE LA MAÑANA YA EMPEZABA A ENTRAR EL SOL. LA SITUACIÓN DEL HOTEL NO ERA MUY CÉNTRICA PERO EL METRO ESTABA A UNOS 200 METROS Y LA PARADA DEL AUTOBÚS QUE VA AL AEROPUERTO TB ESTABA MUY CERCA, ASÍ QUE LLEGAR AL HOTEL DESDE EL AEROPUERTO Y VICEVERSA ERA MUY FÁCIL. EL DESAYUNO ERA CORRECTO.

Sind in dem Hotel Denisa angekommem , da wurde uns erklärt das Sie einen total Absturz des Computersystems hatten deshalb wurden unsere Zimmer leider überbucht. Ok das kann ja mal passieren , die Frechheit aber war das Hotel Denisa(4 Sterne) hat uns als Ersatz Zimmer im Hotel Ilf (3 Sterne) einem großen Betonklotz mit schlechten Zimmern(Einzelzimmer als Doppelzimmer umfunktioniert),unfreundlichen Personal vermittelt. Wenigstens erwartet man ein gleichwertiges Hotel zu bekommem und dann frage Ich mich noch warum bei einem Absturz des Computersystems ein fertiger Ausdruck mit meinem Namen vorhanden war mit es tut uns leid blabla... obwohl alle Buchungsdaten gelöscht waren. Mfg

they booked me quiclky to a hotel at the outskirts of the city , hotel full of old people

Huge clean rooms, fantastic location in terms of transport, to/from city and airport, free internet, very well priced and in a location with cheap restaurants and supermarket on the corner.
Paper-thin doors although walls were not. Not as nice at a glance as the 4 stars it has, but no major problems, nothing off-putting.
Eat out, drink, catch metro to the city (very short journey).

easy acess in to the city by tram or metro, vey handy for the airport
have a double room for myself, bathroom clesn. I mised english channels on the TV

en el desayuno pedi agua y delante de mi en la cocina me pusieron agua del grifo

el desayuno era hasta las 10h30 pero si un domingo llegabas a desayunar a las 10h00 no habia ni cafe. como mucho te ponian un sobre de cafe soluble. no es un 4 estrellas es un 2 estrellas
ir al castillo de praga , cerca del hotel hay restaurantes que estam bien
