La instalaciones son nuevas. La piscina climatizada es un gran atractivo para los niños. El primer dia llegamos por la noche y nos dejaron una cena fria adecuada, incluso con variedad de fruta.
Las camas de los niños son butacas, luego la calidad del colchon no es la misma que las camas de los padres. Para ser un hotel de 4 estrellas creo que deberian ser de igual calidad. La comida de la noche era de baja calidad. Por ejemplo, las patatas fritas eran recalentadas varias veces. Poca variedad. Me recuerda a la comida de los hoteles de 3 estrellas. En cambio en los hoteles de 4 estrellas que he estado siempre normalmente hay más variedad y mejor calidad en los productos alimentarios.
Katmandu. Se encuentra a 10 minutos en coche, en Magaluf. Se trata de una casa al reves con un recorrido interior muy interesante para niños y mayores, luego hay sesiones de cine en 4 dimensiones muy atractivas.

We did not actually stay at the hotel we booked via Easyjet. When we arrived at our booked hotel we were met by a man who came out to our taxi and told us that the hotel was closing in 2 days and they had moved us to their sister hotel Delfin Mar. This hotel was far inferior and I did look at the reviews before making my original booking and it was way down on my list. We were not given any option on where to stay as were have previously booked and paid for the hotel via Easyjet. On the Saturday that we left Santa Ponsa the original hotel was still operating and had guests that we could clearly see. I would recommend that guests don't pay up front for rooms, other sites allow you to pay on arrival and I will look to book via these in future. Don't pay up front before you arrive, especially when you are put into an inferior hotel that just is not worth the money. Although my contract was with Easyjet, I will be taking this matter up with them.
Room cleaning service was good
Overall the Delfin Mar receiption staff were so unhelpful and in some instances quite rude. My wife complained that the ladies toilet had no toilet paper in it, over 2 hours later there was still none available. The food was same and the same, the quality was poor and the choice was limited and the food was warm and had a texture of being prepared and left for some time before serving. Overall I would stay well away from this hotel, don't pay up front before you arrive, especially when you are put into an inferior hotel that just is not worth the money. Although my contract was with Easyjet, I will be taking this matter up with them.




Personal amable!!
Gimnasio roto, poca informacion de la recepcion a la llegada, piscina cubierta y jaccusi cerrado, pagar la bebida aparte sin estar informados, no darnos cama de matrimonio,habiendo vacias, y la comida de hace 3 diias y mala.
