Nice facility, clean, pools inside and outside, everything is working. Rooms are of standard size for Spain, balcony is nice.
Food is the same every day. TV in the room is only in Spanish and German; no English or Russian.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, although not always efficient.
Silly procedures to deposit money and pay for remote control for a TV that doesnt even work properly.

agréable, calme
les horaires de repas du soir 18 h00à 20h00 : trop tôt quand on part en visite, nous sommes contraints à rentrer plus tôt pour la prise du repas. le personnel en majorité professionnel, cependant un ou deux sont plus agréables avec les allemands, cela sonne faux...
proximité du bourg, de la plage, des bus : c'est du confort

Cant comment on food side of things as stayed on a room only basis. Would certainly return to this hotel.
Hotel location very good close to beach.Rooms cleaned and fresh towels provided every day.Nice pool area with sun loungers.
A mini fridge/cooler and tea/coffee making facillities would have been welcome but i dont think many hotels provide these services
many shops bars and restaurants close to hotel.Main centre of Santa Ponsa about a 10 minute stroll away
