The facilities are adequate if you do not intend spending very much time in the hotel. It is averagely priced for Habana.
It is really centrally located. Very nicely decorated and the bar area is adequate. One of the Bellhop's was very helpful.
We had to go to another hotel on our first night because our room was double booked. The bathroom in Room 209 smelt very strongly of sewage and the staff did not want to do anything about it. There is not much choice for breakfast. Most of the rooms do not have any windows which some people find a problem.
all of Habana vieja is very near.

E' in stile caretteristico coloniale, il personale è gentile e carino.
Le strutture sono un pò vecchie e in particolar modo il bagno non brilla per pulizia....

Das mir ursprünglich zugewiesene Zimmer war ohne Fenster, d.h. immer dunkel. Frischluft nur über eine laute Klimaanlage. Nach meiner Reklamation wurde mir ab der zweiten Nacht ein sehr ordentliches Zimmer gegeben.

Ligging van hotel perfect. Sfeer ook erg goed.
Ontbijt karig.
Great Location. Beautiful hotel. Very clean, very friendly. Next time I'll stay longer than one night. 
Pleasant helpful staff. Beautiful elegant building, three old colonial mansions combined. Well located in central Old Havana.
Furnishings in room and bathroom shabby and in need of upgrading, but bear in mind that this is Cuba where things are often not up to Western standards. Food unexciting.
