Good location, clean. Friendly and efficiect dining room, bar and reception staff who looked after our luggage after check out until we returned later in the day.
On arrival the reception had no recollection of our booking on their system even though it had been paid and we were in possetion of confirmation by e mail. This took half an hour to sort out. Although the was basically clean the plug hole in the bathroom wash basin was full of hair so the water did not disperse, as we arrived at the hotel after midnight I cleaned it myself but told the maid the next morning. the soap container was also empty. With a late arrival such as ours it would be better if the check out time could be extended to 12 noon as 11 hours use of the room is not value for money at the price of 107 pounds sterling.
Town centre so it is good for shopping the centre being 5 mins from the hotel
