    En los dos días que estuvimos alojados no nos cambiaron la toalla. Además una sola toalla de ducha y otra de mano para dos personas en dos días.

    La zona reservada para los desayunos es muy pequeña para la cantidad de clientes del hotel

    La ubicación es bastante buena, muy cerca del metro. También se puede ira andando a varios lugares y monumentos emblemáticos de Londres (noria, parlamento,abadía...). Por otra parte también destaco la máquina de hielo (gratis) que hay en el vestíbulo lo que te permite, en ausencia de minibar, tomar las bebidas frías a cualquier hora.

    Llegamos un viernes por la mañana y no nos cambiaron las toallas hasta el lunes ( y no todas).

    colchón muy blando, ho hay armario, sólo un colgador con 4 perchas

    Buena situación y habitación muy confortable y limpia.

    Armario muy pequeño (sólo caben dos abrigos).

    Great location out of the busy london centre but within 7-8 minutes walk of The Eye, Westminster. Will definitely return.

    Bathroom a bit dated and in need of renovation, communal corridors need a coat of paint.

    Very good value for money in good position for London Eye and trips on the river.

    The hotel is clean and quite well situated.

    It's not that close to the station, a long 10-15 minute walk, not great if you have a lot of baggage. For less money I managed to book a 4 star hotel the night before and for only £25 more I managed to book at five star hotel the week before, the difference is staggering!

    An ideal room for an overnight stay, compact and comfortable. A fan was provided due to the hot weather which made it more comfortable to sleep. The en-suite had a shower which could have done with a little more cleaning on the bottom of the shower door, but apart from that was clean and the soap and shower gel dispensers were full. The service and food in the restaurant was good, as was the continental breakfast.
