Staff was very nice and polite.
I have nothing bad to say about this hotel and will stay there again in future.
Hotel was in the centre of the Prague and provided easy no hasle travel experience to any location.

Local bus station is very close, very good local transport international Bus station is close- 2 stops
English was spoken at the reception very well City map and tour guide was given at check in time for the guests. helpful receptionists in any cases
500 CZK deposit at check-in, wasn't informed about at any place
city tour, sightseeing, visiting local pubs

it was very clean in the room! the persons who cleaned the room every day did that very good! it was nice to return after a long day in a clean room!
Monique and Rudolf were really very friendly, helpfull !!
the other members of the crew were not so friendly or open to their guests
practical! just 3 stops with the tram

Reasonable sized room, good view, interesting location, most of the staff were friendly
On a fairly main road which is okay at the weekends but during the week can prove to be quite noisy. Prague wakes up early!
It is in Zizkov which has lots of pubs, restuarants and bars. It is also easy to walk to both Zizkov Tower and Zizkov monument. The area of Karlin (which is lovely) is also close by. The old square of Prague is about 30 mins walk.

we would like to thank al the staff at the hotel for making our stay so enjoyable we had a wonderful holiday in a great country nothing for the hotel but praise many thanks.

Efficient and friendly service. Comfortable accomadation. Convenient for city centre by tram or foot. Good value for money.
Lacks air-conditioning or fan for warm weather.

Only (small) issue was that bottle of water in our room was charged at 110 crowns (about £4) maybe price should have been advised in advance.
Staff was very nice and polite. 
Creo que el hotel tiene una buena relacion calidad-precio. La habitacion era sencilla, pero cómoda y limpia. El baño limpio también. El bufet del desayuno muy variado. Está bastante bien comunicado, tranvía y autobuses muy cerca, que te llevan al centro en 15 minutos.
La falta de persianas.
