There was a wedding at the hotel during our stay. Although the noise from the party had subsided by the time we went to bed at 11:30pm, people continued to make a noise in the corridor until at least 01:30am, and it was not until after this time that we were able to go to sleep. I would appreciate in future if I were told if a wedding were taking place, and offered a room away from where there is likely to be noise at a late hour.

We had standard Castle room which was very nice but a horrendous climb up stairs. and the Spa was having a new computer system and therefore we could not book any extra treatments, we found this very dissapointing. All in all a fab break and I will be back, although I would recomend that you get in touch with the hotel to book if you have problems with stairs.
