The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, the rooms although on the small side were pleasant and clean. The on site Chinese restaurant was excellent.

It was fantastic to have such effective heating in the room given the horrid cold weather. The room was very clean and a good selection of TV channels.
Lack of pastries (other than croissants) at breakfast.

Very professional, very clean (excellent room cleaning), helpful staff.
Showers are poorly designed. It is difficult to shower without soaking the bathroom floor. Fortunately, the design of the bathroom counters this, due to rubberised floor for easy cleaning and drying. Broadband connection is greatly overpriced.

I would certainly stay here again.
Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Comfortable beds and surroundings in hotel. Choice of food was good.
Rooms were a bit small and bathrooms were small but over all i wouldnt really see this as a negative. The rooms contained everything that you would need.
Hotel is near the Excel building and O2 Arena. Apart from this not too much in area however is less than half hour tube/underground trip into central London.

The hotel was of good value, the bathroom was tiny but functional. The area wasn't the best and i would be cautious if you were a lone female travelling at night, but overall comfortable stay. Would recommend.

Te piden la tarjeta de crédito al llegar. Yo la día y me han cargado 23,99 euros en no se qué concepto.

Que no san español. Que el lavabo está dentro de la habitación.
