    It is generally run down, there is no central heating in the room, only inefficient convector heater. Inadequate or no heating in bar, dining room, hallway, landing areas. Inadequate lighting in car park. Bathroom tatty, hot water takes 10 minutes to arrive in tap! Curtains tatty. The new owners have a major task to make this into an acceptable hotel.
