muy centrico y tranquilo
la limpieza era inexistente. se limitaban a arreglar las camas y no cambiaron las sabanas en 8 dias!!!!!

Unfortunately the electricity went off twice on the first night of my visit and i would have prefered a double room rather than a single room however i would return to this hotel and i would reccommend it to other people.

Very clean and the breakfast was good value and the service good at all times
Why have a shower facility in the bath with no shower curtain and the bath has to be filled from the shower outlet ?????????????????????? the wardrobe sliding door was broken on arrival and there were marks on the carpet and the walls....all reported given they charge at the end of the stay if the marks or damage are made by the occupants....no effort to resolve the issues...did not affect our stay.

Lovely lad collected our bags and spoke good english he was lovely
Lovely breakfast room every morning and a nice choice to choose from food wise.
The duvet are far to small for the beds which would stop me staying again. I am only 5ft 11 and my feet where hanging out the end and it was a bit cold.

Convenient to Wenceslas Squre and a tram line.In a quiet side street.Very small lounge/bar area with no atmosphereWe were asked to leave the breakfast room at 10:15am - I have never experienced this before !

Decoration during stay spoiled experience as did cleaning staff having cupboard next to room which meant that i was woken up every morning by their gossip sessions and cigarette breaks.

En general estuvimos bien, A parte de la moqueta que tenia un color raro, todo estaba bastante limpio y la estancia fué agradable. El desayuno està bien y es bastante variado. Està bien comuncado.
En algunos casos poca comunicacion , no saben o no quieren hablar castellano. En el hotel el esfuerzo por entendernos era mas bien nuestro. Considero que la gente que te atiende, cuando se trata de un hotel de 4 estrellas, como mínimo ha de saber un poco de español. Esta gente no nos ayudó gran cosa en este sentido, si te quedabas sin entender, allá tu......Con lo de Wifi aún no me he aclarado, pero bueno, no era imprescindible.
