    Prácticamente todo es positivo en este hotel.

    La unica pega es que teníamos la habitación en la sexta planta y no había presión de agua apenas. Tampoco estaría de más alguien en recepción que hablase español.

    Está más que bien situado, por lo que tienes a 5 minutos andando muchas de las atracciones turísticas de Londres, y boca de metro cercana para moverte más lejos.

    Lovely accomodation. Room facilities were great.

    We had requested a double and twin room. The twin room was not set up correctly at it took over an hour (past midnight) to resolve. My daughter was very tired at this point.

    Buckingham Palace.

    Very handy location for government departments and tourist attractions in Victoria and Whitehall. Good breakfast choice and a few extra nice touches in the room - complimentary water and chocolates, honesty minibar, bathrobes etc.

    Room was fairly small

    Buckingham Palace, the Royal Mews, Westminster, Downing Street, etc

    Nice ambiance. Good bar.

    Reapirs needed in room to bathroom and room. Unfinished work still present. Shower had only one setting - scalding hot!!!

    The hotel rooms have all you would want from a good quality hotel. we call house keeping for hair dryer which arrived very quickly.

    The standard of cleaniness in the rooms could be better for this star rating of hotel

    The shower was broken in my room and the water pressure meant that I could not even run a bath in less than 30 minutes by witch stage the water was cold.
