The mattress on the bed was "tired", sagging towards the middle. Time for replacement. Breakfast was very ordinary, food left under hot lights too long and dried-up. Not on a par with the pleasant dinner from the night before.

the room had great facilities such as free beverages, a nightgown, biscuits TV channels, hair dryer, phone, great views and everything you need. there were speakers in bathroom and ice machines in the halls. the staff were very helpful
taxis took long time and ended up having to share. hard to understnad staffs accents
airport shopping, mc donalds restraunts town less than 20 minutes away with mueseums, theatres, docks and clubs.

Despite pre phoning at 2pm and explaining we would not arrive until 11pm ,upon arrival AFTER checking in we were informed the shower in the room was unservicable and we would have to use a bath and there were no more rooms.As we were checking out early next morning, this was not ideal,however an effort was made and the bathroom of another room on the same floor was made available next morning to shower.It would perhaps have been beneficial to allocate a room when telephoned at 2pm rather than 1st come 1st served basis and find out at 11pm when checking in

Make sure you get the airport bus to/from the city centre ... it only takes 15 minutes instead of an hour on the local bus! It uses the same bus-stop right outside the hotel.
