Los empleados/as de recepción muy antipáticos y poco solícitos. Ayuda mínima. Opinión muy negativa del servicio de recepción. Detalles impropios de un hotel de 5 estrellas: - pese a dejar las toallas en el suelo no eran sustituidas y las volvían a colgar - no reposición de papel higiénico - nos cobraron por una jabonera que se rompió accidentalmente

Orientalisches Hotel aus 1000 und einer Nacht. Metro- Flughafen und Straßenbahn in der Nähe, dies ist in Istanbul schneller als mit dem Taxi. Weiters - Pool, Hamam, finnische- und Dampfsauna. Fitness minimalistisch aber ok.

Nicht die beste Lage in Istanbul. Das Zimmer hätte eine wesentlich bessere Note bekommen. Kritikpunkte: Bad und Schreibtisch sehr klein dimensioniert. Um auf die Toilette zu gelangen ist es erforderlich - Tür auf, ins Bad rein, Tür zu und nur dann kann man sich auf die Toilette zwängen. Da hätte ich mir von einem 5 Sterne Hotel mehr erwartet. Ansonsten war das Zimmer sehr schön und auch dem orientalischem Stil entsprechend geschmackvoll und nicht kitschik eingerichtet. Werde es aber wieder buchen und notfalls größeres Zimmer verlangen.

The room is very small and the toilet is very small too, it is the smalliest toilet in hotel i have ever been.

Although I had a small, private room, it was quiet and very clean. The bed was super comfortable. The breakfast buffet is well laid out and quite varied. The reception staff seems professional enough, but ... I found the Concierge staff to be very friendly and helpful. I have already recommended the Crowne Plaza City to some family members who will be traveling in the near future to Istanbul. I, too, am planning another trip to the city in the distant future and I would consider another, longer stay at the Crowne Plaza!! The lobby is charming, tastfully decorate, very comfortable and has a very relaxed atmosphere.

... the Reception stafff could be a bit friendlier and make the guests feel more welcome, regardless of the length of stay or room price paid. The morning I had breakfast in the hotel the pan cakes were very hard and dry. I also think that the hotel should offer and serve milk (preferably hot milk!) at the same time that they go around to the tables and offer hot coffee! The 2 pm check in time was the latest I have experienced in my world travels. That could be improved somewhat, especially for travelers who have arrived from a long international flight. However, the check-out time seems to be exactly 12 noon on the dot, as my work colleague´s room lock was blocked at 12:02 and he couldn t get inside to get his luggage (which was all packed and ready to go!).
