La piscina cubierta, el pub adosado al hotel. El desayuno buffet bueno y aundante. Buena calidad de la habitacion. Limpiez en general muy buena.
Un poco alejado del centro, pero con parada del autobus en la puerta. Muy buena relacion calidad precio.

nice room, fast wifi. we used the gym and the swimmingpool, both facilities were clean and in order. breakfast was excellent staff was very helpfull transportation between the hotel and Kilburn statiion without a problem, we never had to wait longer then 4 minutes.

Great swimming pool-a big plus! Spacious room-much appreciated. Very comfortable bed. Very polite staff
The jacuzzi was out of order on my arrival and six days later when I left, it was still out of order. the breakfast was a little skimpy if you didn`t want the hot breakfast...only one type of cheese and usually only one type of fresh bread and if you came to the restaurant later than 9a.m., you might find no bread! I was very annoyed to look out on to a tiny enclosed space from my breakfast table and see rubbish.

It was a lovely clean hotel and the rooms were a good size. The food was good in the Crown Pub next door. The breakfast buffet was excellent. Well deserving of the 4* rating!
We found the signage directing you to rooms was a bit confusing. It wasn't as central as we would have liked. Otherwise I couldn't find fault at all with it.

Room was spotless and a good size - the bed was extremely comfortable too!
I didn't find anything negative about this hotel
The area of Cricklewood isn't great but you can hop on a bus outside the hotel and get to nicer locations really easy.

We enjoyed our stay very much and will stay here again the next time we are in London. very good value for money.
The rooms were clean and pleasant. The hotel staff were helpful and professional at all times.
The swimming pool was very cold
The hotel is a bit out of the centre of London but the tube was near (three stops on the bus) or around 10-15 minutes walk.

La piscina estaba fuera de servicio hasta julio (incomprensible en el mes de junio). La habitación no tenía mini-bar. El hotel no está en el centro de Londres, pero no se halla demasiado lejos del mismo con transporte público (metro, tren y autobús).
