    Take care on the coach from the airport into Palermo - the driver trapped me in the doors of the case compartment on the side of the bus and tried to drive off with me half in, half out. We found drivers on public transport curt and abrupt to the point of rudeness - they do not appear to be used to tourists at all.

    We had a great view from the 9th floor along the length of Via Roma. Our room was quite large, very pleasant with windows along two sides. Mini fridge and satellite TV (but only one channel, CNN, in English). Very easy-to-use safe in room and air conditioning controllable from our room. Excellent double glazing cut out any noise from the very busy road.

    Buffet breakfast adequate, but the restaurant is open for dinner only for groups who presumably pay for half board. But there's plenty of places to eat out quite close by and very reasonably.

    Hotel is in an excellent position, close to Piazza Politeama for airport coach and other buses. Taxi company just over the road. Via Roma very busy (take care - they don't stop for red lights here!). Go to eat at 'A cuccagna, just round the corner from the hotel, and don't miss lunch at Antica Focaccieria San Francesco, within walking distance. Antico Caffe Spinnato 2 minutes walk away - excellent bar and snacks while you watch the world go by. Don't miss a visit to the catacombes on the outskirts of the city, a trip to Monreale (mind the pickpockets on the bus!!), or to the long beach at Mondello. Take care in markets and La Kalsa - best not to go after dark, high levels of petty crime here so always check to see if you are alone on the street.

    good position, very clean and modern, bargain internet and nice breakfast.

    Staff not very friendly { apart from the girl behind the bar )and no air conditioning after 10.00pm.

    OTTIMO RAPPORTO QUALITA' PREZZO. VICINISSIMO AL CENTRO, AI TEATRI, AI CINEMA E AI RISTORANTI MIGLIORI DI PALERMO. HO FATTO UN OTTIMO AFFARE PRENOTANDO QUESTO ALBERGO.

    camere pulite, personale cordiale e disponibile, colazione buona, ubicazione hotel centrale per visitare i monumenti

    l'hotel essendo ubicato sulla Via Roma (molto trafficata), un po' rumoroso.
