ES UN PLACER ESTAR EN ESTAS INSTALACIONES POR LO BIEN CUIDADO QUE ESTA TODO Y AL PERSONAL QUE ES ESTUPENDO Y NO DIGAMOS DEL SITIO PUES ES UN REMANZO DE PAZ Y TRANQUILIDAD EN FIN UNA GOZADA.

El deterioro en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones hace que por ejemplo los aparatos de refrigeración general, mal engrasados, produzcan durante todo el día un ruido molesto poco acorde con el entorno. El hotel en general transmite un cierto aire de decadencia y falta de personal a pesar de que la mínima plantilla se esfuerce en agradar.
Lugar privilegiado y amable trato del personal
Deterioro en el mantenimiento de las instalaciones. Exceso en una decoración de interiores poco racional. Mediocridad en el buffet. Mediocridad en la gastronomía con precios excesivos.
Senderismo bastante atractivo por los límites de la finca. Poco más ya que el hotel se encuentra en un lugar privilegiado y por tanto, lejos de cualquier otra posible actividad, lo que no deja de ser una ventaja para disfrutar de una total tranquilidad.

La belleza del entorno y la bonta decoración quedan un tanto ensombrecidas por la notable falta de ,mantenimiento.
Entorno maravilloso. Exquisita decoración. Calidad de la comida.
Falta de mantenimiento. Dificil acceso y localización.
Disfrutar de la naturaleza. Visitar Málaga.

Un lugar muy tranquilo lleno de aire puro. Ideal para parejas o personas que necesiten un poco de tranquilidad en sus vidas.
Necesita una reforma. Pocas actividades, en ocasiones se hace aburrido.

Eine wunderschöne Hotelanlage. Sehr nettes und höfliches Personal. Das Frühstück war reichlich und gut. Wir haben hier sehr gut und lecker zu Abend gegessen. Die Zimmer sind sehr schön eingerichtet und sauber, uns hat es sehr gut gefallen.

Alles in allem eine Unterkunft, die mit einem Stern oder max. zwei Sternen zu empfehlen wäre. Wenn man mit 4-Sterne Erwartung hingeht, wird man sicher enttäuscht sein.
Sehr nett gelegen mitten in den Bergen. Sehr ruhig. Nette Atmopsphäre. Schöner Pool mit Blick in die Berge. Die Zimmer sind groß und gut ausgestattet.
Die Außenanlagen sind stark verwildert und werden selten gereinigt. Nach einem Regenschauer lag das Laub eine Woche lang herum. Teilweise liegt Müll herum. Das Essen ist nett angerichtet und das Personal gibt sich große Mühe. Die Qualität des Essens ist fatal schlecht. Es gibt eine Dauerkarte aus der man bei Halbpension wählen kann (max. 5 Möglichkeiten), wovon bei uns immer maximal drei verfügbar waren, was dann bei einer ganzen Woche schon eintönig werden kann. Was ich damit sagen will ist, dass das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für ein 4-Sterne Hotel stark gestört ist. Für 35 Euro Halbpension pro Person wäre das denke ich vom Preis-Leistungsverhältnis in Ordnung. Wir haben deutlich mehr bezahlt.
Man kann schön wandern auf verschiedenen Wegen rund um das Hotel. Nach Malaga ist es nicht weit. Im Sommer kann man sicher schön am Pool liegen und relaxen.

The hotel was quite hard to find but when we did we thought the setting was beautiful.Then it all went downhill.The room was fine but we felt as though we were a nuisance when we asked for drinks and to sit outside with them.The food was awful infact my husband could not eat his main course or dessert and we had to go out afterwards to eat elsewhere as he was so hungry! I did tell the waiter but he was not interested and I felt like asking for a refund for his meal but realised no one was bothered antway,also they tried to charge us again for the evening meal! Such a shame as could be great theer but they do not seem to have the guests needs at heart and food,ambience of restaurant and breakfast probably amongst worst we have experienced AND supposed to be a 4* hotel!!! Was a surprise for my husband for our anniversary and at least expected him to have a meal he could eat! No one asked if all had been alright...probably did not want to hear peoples' responses!
