Aire acondicionado muy riudosa

Estamos muy satisfechos. El desayuno un poco flojo pero aceptable.

es la segunda vez que contrato con uds. hotel, la primera fue en Paris y ahora en Marrakech y la verdad es que estoy muy contenta, han sido muy correctos, limpios y bien ubicados o cerca de algun transporte publico.La verdad es que recomiendo a todos mis amigos su compañia Holelopia, y yo continuare buscando hotel en sus paginas.GraciasRoser

BUENA CALIDAD PRECIO, AUNQUE EL DESAYUNO ES HORROROSO, NO PONEN DE NADA , SIN CASI CUBIERTOS , EL AGUA EMBOTELLADA SE PAGA APARTE, POR LO DEMAS BIEN, LAS HABITACIONES LIMPIAS , CON AIRE ACONDICIONADO Y UN SERVICIO DE LIMPIEZA DIARIO.RECOMIENDO ESTE HOTEL, SALVO POR LA COMIDA, SENCILLO PERO MUY ECONOMICO

We were half board for 4 nights but found it really odd when we were the only two eating every night. No choice of menu - it was edible except for the last night! Breakfast was continental around the pool which was really cold and only one morning was there a cold buffet breakfast otherwise no choice yet again. We assumed that the evening meals were cooked specially for us but were very disappointed there was no choice. We wouldn´t stay there again.

Good location - the price was right - it was clean.

The receptionist was surly and didn´t offer any information about anything and found it hard to give up any information even when asked. Not the job she should have been doing! The rest of the staff were very helpful and pleasant. The receptionist was very out of order when she reprimanded one of the male staff in front of me and he was very embarrassed. Wouldn´t recommend anyone to stay there.

Very good location for the cheap local bus service to the Place Jemma el Fna which stopped outside the hotel. The airport bus dropped us off outside the Rail Station which was just round the corner to the hotel.

good value for money

All members of staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. For the price, there is little to quibble about. Rooms were cleaned each day. Towels were replaced daily, along with constant supply of soaps and shampoo. Meals are varied and adequate.

Would have liked tea/coffee making facilities in the room and a fridge. Some fruit at breakfast would be good.

Very close to the magnificent building that is Marrakech Train Station. Take a day trip to Casablanca, or overnight to Fez. Walk or take a taxi to Jamaa Fna. Plenty of restaurants and shops en route.

Location, friendly (most), helpful, nice lobby.

No guest info in the room re hotel or the city. Weak shower, No tea / coffee facilities,. View - Room 210.

Easy to go airport to hotel bus n:o 19, single 2 euro and return 3 euro.

Good service, room is clean,

No hairdryer, no fridge, no internet, no wireless

Good supermarket about 400 metres, train station 100 metres and train stations services Mcdonalds and Kentacy fried chicken.
