Buen hotel para visitar la zona norte de Italia ( Lago Di Como, Maggiore, etc ). Tiene aparcamiento y fuera también hay sitio para aparcar. El personal es amable y atento. Sólo existe respecto a la comida el desayuno, pero está bien ( aunque no se puede comparar con los buffet libres de desayuno de los hoteles de España ). Gracias.

Staff were friendly and polite and there is access to the internet to organise trips.
There is no restaurant in the hotel and there is only one other near the hotel and the food was not that good.
There is not a lot to do near the hotel, more of an industrial area.

When my partner and I first arrived late at night we were slightly put off by the exterior of the hotel and the dated appearance of the decor - however by the time we left we never wanted to check out! The staff could not do enough to help, spoke perfect English, and were absolutely lovely to us, happy to recommend places to eat and even gave us a lift to the train station when we left. It was extremely clean, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we'd ever eaten - available til 10am and constantly replenished as well. So highly recommended and worth every penny!

Satisfactory room and service by the hotel staff. Good price-guality analogy.
No balcony at the room. Far away from train station (600m=> 18 min by walk). No offen train schedules to and from Milan (every 1h - last from Milan is at 21:05). Nothing remarkable to see or visit at Gerenzano. Not many transportation solution unless you have a car (24km to Mlan=>45 min by train). The area where is the hotel is very undergrated (mostly habitad by minorities).

Serene atmosphere...and good to relax and reminsce...
somehow far from Milan central but there is a train from Gerenzano-Turante to Cardorna/Milan. Can do better and sell food at maybe specific times..lunch and dinner

The hotel is a 66Eu taxi ride from the airport. It is in the middle of nowhere. It is never a 4star hotel. We feel let down by Easyjet. We booked the hotelon Easyjet,s nakme for good value. This hotel is more like 2 stars or 3 stars at most. I would not reccomend it to anyone.

se ofrecia nevera (que no funcionaba), las 4 estrellas de alli no pueden compararse con los hoteles de 4 estrellas de alli. para ir concienciado de lo que os vais a encontrar pensad que vais a un hotel de un par de estrellas con lo básico.
