Good Fruit markets. Very near trams /railway station so easy to get to the OLD Town,beach,or other destinations

Staff friendly and close to transport systems.

Far too warm. No fresh air, even with window open. the small desk fan wasn't man enough for the job. We boiled at night

Pity the hotel did not have it's own restaurant.

Excellent hotel

The route of bus 23 appears to have been recently changed and third stop after the station was not where I expected it to be - got a map and problem quickly solved.

The close proximity of the tram, shops and restaurants made thestay very enjoyable.

I would like to say how good I found the ezijet website to use for airline tickets, for rental car and for hotel bookings. we used all three services and all three came up to our expectations.

Excellent position in Nice, excellent directions to find hotel from airport by bus. Staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Room size was satisfactory for the price.

I think this space is for negative comments - the only problem we had was the lift ( elevator ) was very slow.

The hotel was well positioned for getting about Nice. The staff were extremely pleasant. The room itself was very clean and kept that way for the 4 days we were there.

I felt the room could have had a hairdryer as these are bulky to carry or at least state there was one which could be borrowed at reception. Perhaps this was the case but it wasn't advertised. Our room was on the ground floor which could be noisey as the passage way outside out door was used by patrons staying beyond our room. If I stayed again I would request a room on the first floor.

Small & Friendly, basic, but very clean with a good continental breakfast. Would use the hotel again. Staff extremely helpful. 20mins walking from sea front, 5 mins in tram.

The hotel's website locations directions were good especially the use of Bus 23. The only problem being when getting off the bus, we were directed back instead across the road: we were sent in the wrong direction.. This could be easily corrected. We would use this hotel again.

Pleasnt dining area, good continental breakfast, helpful staff, our studio was good sized and the kitchenette was useful. The hotel is convieniently placed for the station and the tram. We found our room to be quiet and slept well.

Although breakfast was included in the price, he room was not serviced; is this normal for studio rooms?

15 minutes walk to the promenade and the old town.10 min tram jouney to the harbour

Ottimo il rapporto qualità prezzo, nonostante non sia nuovissimo è ben tenuto. Ottima anche la posizione a 2 minuti a piedi dalla fermata del tram Liberation.

L'hôtel est très bien situé, à peine 5 mn de la station de tramway et de l'avenue Jean Médecin (grands magasins).Le personnel est très accueillant.

La salle de bain était propre sauf la douche où j'y ai trouvé des cheveux blonds (je suis brune) et la canalisation était bouchée car l'eau ne s'évacuait pas correctement et stagnait dans le bac.
