Near Heathrow airport with a 24 hour public bus station nearby.
Unfriendly staff, especially in the reception.

Staff were really nice, but not the most efficient. It is cheap, I booked last minute when all the other Heathrow hotels were booked up and/or much more expensive, good wifi!
It is quite far from Heathrow compared to other hotels. The rooms are quite dated, and you have to pay for wifi :-(

The hoppa bus system to and from LHR works well.
The room was a good size.
The thing that transit travellers want most when they are just there for a few hours is free internet access to check e-mail. £7.50 for 24 hours may well be ok for long stayers on expenses, but for the rest of us it is just too much. Also Comfort Inns is Partner Hotel with United Airlines; I offered y card to be swiped through the system, but Asif advised that I could do this through the Net. Yes - through the missing miles routine and not the hotel's own website! :(

The Twin room was very small and the water ran brown. The room was changed for a bigger room which smelt of smoke. My mothers single room was embarrassingly minute.

Ausbeutung! Nie wieder dieses Hotel!
Personal am Check-In war unfreundlich und reserviert. Das Zimmer lag direkt neben der Klima-Anlage, sodass man kein Fenster aufmachen konnte nachts, da man dann aufgrund der Lautstärke nicht schlafen konnte. Tagsüber konnte man auch nicht lüften, da jeder über die Klima-Anlage hätte einsteigen können. Die Dusche war eklig. Super teure und vor allem EINZIGE Verbindung zur Bahn war der Hopper. Ausbeutung!
Man konnte nichts unternehmen, da man nur über den teuren Hopper irgendwo hin kam. Vom Taxi nicht zu sprechen....

An extremely thin partition wall between mine and the next room where a young family was staying and making a lot of noise until the early hours, meant my baby was kept awake all night, when we had a very early start and a long journey the next day. More should be done to soundproof the rooms.
