Comfort Hotel Harrow

Ninguna. Bueno si, se que no volvere mas a ese hotel. 3 estrellas como una pension de mala muerte aqui.

Pesimo y el personal sin comentarios. 3 dias con desayuno incluido y uno de ellos sin desayunar y otro malamente porque no sacaban cosas a ultima hora, 1/2 hora esperando unos bollos para al final no sacarlos. Llamaron 2 dias x tlfo habitacion a las 7:30 de la mañana sin ninguna irden al respecto. Ya veis sin comentarios.

Para ir en plan mochilero, de paso y un par de dias a lo sumo no está mal.

Está muy lejos del aeropuerto de Heathrow y con un fatal acceso por carretera que va por casco urbano y hay muchísimos atascos en horas punta (una hora en taxi). El edificio es rústico, las típicas casas inglesas de forma muy irregular y no tiene ascensor. Las habitaciones no son fáciles de encontrar y con un nivel de seguridad que calificaria de muy bajo en caso de incendio. El piso es de madera y cruje cada paso que das. Se oye de habitacion en habitacion a los demás huéspedes.

THE STAFF WERE FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL.

NOT THE EASIEST HOTEL TO FIND FROM NORTHWICK PARK UNDERGROUND NEED TO PUT DIRECTIONS ON WEBSITE. IN THE BATHROOM THE HOLDERS FOR THE SHAMPOO AND CONDITIONER ETC YOU COULD SEE THEY WERE DIRTY. THE TOILET ROLL DOESN'T SAY ON THE HOLDER KEEPS FALLING OFF. MOLD IN BETWEEN THE TILES. THE ROOM THE WALLPAPER WAS FALLING OFF AND WAS SCUFF MARKS. THE SKIRTING BOARD HAD SCUFFS. THE ROOM WAS ON A BUSY ROAD AND EVEN WITH THE WINDOWS CLOSED COULD STILL HEAR THE TRAFFIC OUTSIDE. THE TROUSER PRESS HAD A CHUNK MISSING OUT OF IT. WHETHER THE OTHER ROOMS WERE LIKE THIS I CANNOT SAY BUT THE FACT I GOT THIS HOTEL DISCOUNTED THROUGH WORK I'M STILL NOT CONVINCED IT WAS WORTH £42 POUNDS A NIGHT. THE FACT THAT YOU ACTUALLY CHARGE £69 PLUS MORE FOR A NIGHT FROM THE WAY MY ROOM LOOKED IT WAS NOT WORTH THE MONEY. I COULD OF PAID THE SAME MONEY YOU CHARGE TO STAY AT THE WEMBLEY TRAVELODGE WHICH IS CLOSER. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL BUT ONLY IF THEY DIDNT CARE ABOUT WHAT THE ROOM LIKED. I FEEL YOUR STAFF NEED TO EXPLAIN HOW YOUR CARD KEY WORK BECAUSE I USED IT WITH THE WRITING DOWN ONLY TO FIND OUT YOU HAVE TO HAVE TURN THE WRITING UPSIDE DOWN FOR IT TO WORK.

had to wait for the receptionist to come off the phone to check us in and she didn't apologise for the wait. The shower was nothing more than a trickle of water, no pressure at all.

The hotel was clean an tidy, there was ample car parking and the underground was close. The price far outwayed any minor irritations, the breakfast first rate

The hotel is a little tired and everything seemed to make a noise, the bed the floor boards the door all sqeaked but this should not put you off trying it.

Great for visiting London or Wembley, as I did for concert .Easy to get to and find .Staff really friendly. .Value for money.Would stay again at the price I paid .Breakfast great,good selection.

Needs some updating..a little TLC[basically decorating as a little shabby]. Restaurant a little 'cosy'when busy.

Good location, close to the underground. Very helpful and polite staff, nice size room at a good price

Shower was the only disappointment, just a drip at best!

Location is fantastic, 5-10 mins walk from Harrow town centre but in a quiet residential area. Tube station nearby giving easy access to central London. Room was superb for the price paid.

Toilet flush was not in the best state of repair meaning repeated flushes were necessary, but this is just a simple maintenance issue with our room and should not deter people from staying at this hotel.

Great for Wembley's sports and concerts or just about anything in north west or central London with the Tube links.

Good food, cheap and cheerful accomodation, no frills but a good nights sleep. Close to underground, and only 2 stops to Wembley.

Looks tired in the rooms, a bit scruffy.
