This was a horrible experience. The shuttle took over an hour to pick me up and by the time I got to the hotel it was past midnight. The phones and vending machine were down so I could not call my family to tell them I was OK nor could they call into the hotel. I couldn't even get something out of the vending machine to eat after traveling all day. I had to walk several blocks in the middle of the night to go to the nearest place to use a pay phone to call home and tell them I was safely in Paris (even though I was in more danger walking alone in the middle of the night to a pay phone). HORRIBLE!!!

ideally situated for CDG , regular courtesy bus made transfers stress free. staff very proffesional smart and clean. spotless hotel and lovely decor.

Excellent peaceful location, excellent staff and accommodation.

Dinner at the dining room overpriced for its mediocre quality and buffet style. We went into the village and had an excellent meal at the local restaurant.

Rooms were very small but on the whole good value for money.

very disapointed with the sower room shower basin was a triangle in the corner unable to move around to shower as the curtain shower was touching your body and all the water flooded the small room.towels were unable to soak up all the overflow of water and was very dangerous to walk into with bare feet as it was very slippery with excess water over the floor

This is a busy hotel. The rooms are poorly lit with minimum furniture. Airport shuttle bus was on time, wake up call was not! If you need somewhere at CDG to spend the night, it is a fair choice.

The hotel itself was not bad, but the shuttle link servive was infrequent and it was unclear where to wait for it on the return journey from the airport. Staff were relatively friendly but didn't speak very much English despite it being necessary for a hotel with such an international clientele. The food was nothing special and lacked choice. The room was comfortable enough. For the service/comfort received the price we paid was definitely not worth it.

There is a very small supermarket, a pub, a patisserie, a chinese restaurant and an Italian restaurant nearby. Not much else.
