Clubhotel Riu Buena Vista

El personal increíblemente amable,todos saludaban y sonreían siempre. Gran profesionalidad, te hacían tu estancia muy fácil y agradable, desde la entrada en recepción, como en bares, restaurantes y animación. Un 10 de nota. Ideal para ir con niños, aunque nosotros que fuimos en pareja también estuvimos muy cómodos. Habitaciones muy grandes, básicas pero cómodas y sobre todo escrupulosamente límpias., al igual que las zonas comunes. Constantemente veía repasar los aseos, las mesas del bar piscina... También damos un 10 a la limpieza y un 9 a la habitación. Con respecto a la comida, nivel aceptable, pero no sorprendía y quizás la notamos repetitiva en exceso. La nota que le damos es un aprobado, pero este punto no desmerece la nota global del hotel. Con respecto al TI de bebidas,me gustaron mucho los cócteles, sobre todo caipirinha y coco-loco y mi marido también estaba contento pq tenían ron arehucas que es el que él bebe normalmente. Dispones de garaje para el coche sin coste adicional, por lo que durante tu estancia éste está a la sombra y vigilado. Deben tener los costes calculados al detalle ya que no te cobran en late check-out y puedes seguir disfrutando del TI el día de tu salida hastala hora que estimes sin ningún cargo adicional. Nosotros nos quedamos en la piscina y almorzamos también ese día, ya que nos fuimos a las 17.00 h. Nos dieron una habitación de cortesía para ducharnos. Un gran detalle que no había visto en ningún hotel anteriormente. Repetiremos y esperamos que sigan igual!!!!!

No me gustó que en las comidas no te pusieran una jarra de agua en la mesa para poderte servir cómodamente, tenías que pedirla a los camareros o traértela tú de las máquinas de bebidas.

SI TE GUSTA SALIR, NO HAY NADA DE ESO EN ESA ZONA. LO BUENO QUE PUEDES RELAJARTE, PASEAR Y SI QUIERES VER MAS MOVIMIENTO, COGER EL COCHE.. Y EN 10 MINUTOS ESTAN RODEADO DE GENTE.

We have Stayed at this hotel several times in the past .We stayed again this summer after the change of ownership to(Riu) to see a vast improvement in service and general quality on what was good when it was a Dunas hotel.

Limited you will need a hire car if you want to get out and about.

Very nice, really enjoyed the stay in all respects.

Guest were allowed in the dining room in shorts. This wasn't very professional.

If you get this place at the right price you will not be dissapointed, if you've paid top dollar you might be.

excellent service and food at the Hotel,

the only negative is the location - Playa Paraiso is a one horse town and when i was there, I think the horse had gone on holiday.

Design of building is very good

Location. Seating in lounge cannot be fully utilised. (Mainly goupings of 1 setee + 2 chairs. If 1 couple sit on the setee then the chairs are of no use to others.) Entertainment very poor. Pool areas crowded.

Nothing. There are a couple of bars, a small supermarket, and some electrical/camera shops nearby but nothing to recommend.

Hotel was lovely , right on sea front. Very clean, we had superior suite which looked over pool and the sea, was lovely.

Food was not varied enough, lack of variety over the week. Lack of decent entertainment. Cocktails poor, ready made rubbish. Beds hard, ended up with back ache! Pillow quality poor.

No hairdryer in bathroom.

Small beach close to the hotel, pleasant walk along the coast towards Los Americas,a few shops in the main resort, free shuttle bus provided every day to Los Americas
