    Me ha gustado mucho la estancia en el hotel, repetiré seguro

    Un trato muy agradable y mucha atención.

    La temperatura de la habitación un poco baja

    Está cerca del parque de las Naciones, cerca del metro para trasladarse al centro de Madrid.

    El desayuno fue excepcional y el horario de apertura fue milimetrico, asi que pudimos desayunar placidamente para luego tomar el shuttle gratuito hasta la T2.El trato fue muy bueno y si tengo que volver a tomar un avion en Barajas no dudare en repetir este hotel.El trato de los empleados muy correcto.

    Lo mas costoso fue a la salida del metro, que no sabia que direccion tomar hasta el hotel, pero todo quedo solucionado preguntando a los lugareños.//

    Todo estuvo muy bien, y el servicio de transfer del hotel hacia el aeropuerto muy puntual.

    Great airport location, nice staff, comfortable room and bathroom.

    -We had to wait about 1/2 hour at the airport for a pick-up. Seemed long, since the hotel is only about 2 miles away & advertises as being a good choice for an airport hotel. -The hotel price was a very good value. But we had to pay for a full breakfast (14 euros) in order to be able to have coffee in the morning. That seems excessive.

    The only thing we have to say relates to the menus in the restaurant. In my opinion it would be useful if the executive menu and the a la cart menu were merged. As it was we had to pick two things from the executive menu (bonito and parrillada de verduras) and two from the a la cart (salads 6 greens twice). We could only do that because one of us reads Spanish - the executive menu does not exist in English; and we don't see the reason for the existence of a separate menu either.

    The staff were more than helpful and courteous. It's right by the airport so very handy and easy also to get into town on the Metro. I would definitely stay here again.
