First time I have stayed in this hotel group - too impersonal for my needs - I would probably not stay again although the hotel and facilities were fine it was extremely busy especially at breakfast time
Excellent leisure facilty - very good wet area
Hotle rooms a long way from reception and leisure complex
Very close to restaurants, bars and shopping

NA
THE HOTEL WAS LOVELY, VERY CLEAN. STAFF WERE VERY FRIENDLY AND RELAXED BUT YET VERY EFFICIENT CONSIDERING THE HOTEL WAS SO BUSY. ALL IN ALL I FOUND THE HOTEL TO BE A GREAT PLACE TO SPEND MY NIGHTS STAY IN DUBLIN.
I FOUND CHECK IN AND OUT A BIT SLOW. AT BREAKFAST THERE WERE NO PLATES, BOWLS OR MILK BUT I DO UNDERSTAND IT WAS PEAK TIME WHEN I DECIDED TO EAT, I WONT MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN. I FOUND THE BEDROOM TO BE A LITTLE ON THE COOL SIDE.
LIFFEY VALLEY SHOPPING CENTRE IS PRACTICALLY ON THE DOORSTEP OF THE HOTEL WHICH IS VERY CONVIENENT, AND THE HOTEL HAS EASY ACCESS BACK ONTO THE N4 OR M50 NORTH OR SOUTH OR DIRECTLY INTO DUBLIN CITY CENTRE

Lovely hotel - reception, bedroom (upgraded to suite on arrival!), function room, bathrooms restaurants - all beautifully decorated and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly, polite and and very helpful.
Breakfast was a bit chaotic - ran out of food, cutlery, glassware etc.
Liffey Valley Shopping Centre practically next door. Bus tours of Dublin from the hotel.

Great hotel, however it must be noted you will need transport or a taxi to get to the city center which will cost around â?¬20 per trip. The room itself was magnificent and very comfortable and very quiet. Breakfast was excellent although it is busy EVERY day and expect to have to wait in line for at least 15 minutes each morning unless you really want to get up at 07:00. Note that the bar does not accept cash so ensure you activate your room card with reception to enable this facility! This was not mentioned to me until I came back from a night out and simply couldn't be bothered with the hassle. I could easily of spent another â?¬50 in there had this problem not have occured. 6.5 out of 10

we had a very bad location of room, it was right beside two sets of double doors one of which everytime it opened it slammed shut, and you could actually hear the floorboards everytime someone walked past.on sat nite we were awoken at 2.45am to a man and woman arguing very loudly outside our door, it actually woke me with a fright as it was that loud and clear i thought they were standing in our room! it took a long time to get back to sleep after that so it wasnt quite thte nice relaxing break i had planned after a traumatic few weeks!apart from that the hotel itself is nice with a great leisure facilities and good location to shops and cinemaplex.

Price of taxi into dublin

Quick service when we needed a heater.
We have stayed at this hotel before and would have no problem recommending it to others or staying again. The rooms were clean and the breakfast very substantial and enjoyed by all our party.
The only negative is the car park. As a paying guest there should be no charge and it is far too small for the number of rooms at the hotel. Although we got parked eventually.
The Liffey Valley shopping centre is very handy and the Dundrum shopping centre was close enough for a visit by car.
