    Mucho calor. No tienen aire acondicionado

    El hotel no está del todo mal pero quizas algunas de sus instalaciones está algo vieja y necesitaria ser reformada. Tiene muy buena ubicación y la relación calidad-precio es bastante buena.

    Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral im Herzen von Prags Altstadt.Max. 15 min vom Bahnhof entfernt.5 min zur Altstadt. Unmittelbar in der Nähe von öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln. Ideal für Menschen, die für wenig Geld in der Nähe der Touristengegend ein Hotel suchen. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber. Die oberen Etagen sehr ruhig.

    Das Hotelpersonal war sehr sehr unfreundlich.Man traute sich kaum eine Frage zu stellen. Sehr negativ. Das Frühstück war miserabel. Kaum Auswahl. Nicht mal frisches Brot oder Brötchen. Auch das Küchenpersonal war sehr unfreundlich. Im Bad haben wesentliche Sachen gefehlt, die bei einem 3 Sterne Hotel verfügbar sein sollten: Bsp: Haartrockner,Pantoffel,Shampoo,Zahnpasta. Diese Artikel wurden überteuert an der Rezeption verkauft.

    Nice staff, very good price, and the most important: perfect location

    No heating in the bathroom, it wasn't really cold yet but in winter

    Everything. Maybe one of the most well situated hotel of Prague.

    restaurant staff were not very friendly or helpful.

    central .clean. can smoke. lift.

    no air conditioning. too noisy outside to have window open. no tea/coffee in room or mini bar. hotel bar awkward to get at.

    lotsto see and do within walking distance.
