Room tiny, not properly cleaned, air conditioning not working. Worst hotel I have ever stayed in and definitely not reccomended.

Mrs. Louise, who works at the check in is a great professionalism and who was of great help.
The negative aspect is the very thin wall that does not block the noise from other rooms and from the elevator at all.
There is not much around but the main train station and the tram station that will take you very fast to the coast and main attractions.

Choiseul hotel didn't have a room for us so they sent us to the National hotel in Ave. Jean Medecin, which was no doubt the worst hotel we'd ever stayed. It was dirty, smelly and noisy. The breakfast was very poor, we only had cold coffe and a piece of cold bread with some melted butter and jam. Considering the price we paid for our stay there, it was definitely a rip-off.

L hotel Choiseul est FERME depuis au moins 1 an et nous avons été dirigé vers une autre hotel ne comportant pas de restauration sauf petit déjeuner.

L'accent sur la propreté est mis ainsi que sur la relation client-employés.
En arrivant, on se rend compte que l'hotel est fermé et qu'il faut s'adresser à un autre hotel un peu plus loin qui est le même propriétaire. pas normal , on me dit que le second hotel ou je vais séjourner est supérieur à celui prévu à l'origine. Je n'en sais rien en fait. il y a un restaurant sur le descriptif, et on me dit qu'il ne fonctionne que lorsqu'il y a des groupes, donc pas de restaurant ds l'hotel. pas de parking, alors que sur le descriptif, il est écrit: parking à disposition, en fait il s'agit du parking de la ville patant et trés cher. il faudrait etre plus précis.

Le petit déjeuner est copieux et plutôt de bonne qualité.
chambre exigüe et salle de bain déterioré (pomme de douche cassée, porte sale). En plus, il faut "bidouillé la prise d'antenne pour que le téléviseur fonctionne, et sans la télécommande dont les piles ne tiennent pas dans leur emplacement faute de couvercle!!!

bien situé en face de la gare, dans un quartier populaire de nice.Petit dejeuner copieux dans une jolie salle.
instalations endomagées, ou cassées, portes sales , bidouillage pour les reparations (rideau de douche chambre 112 ) pas trop digne d un trois etoiles comme prevu.
la pizzeria en face de la gare est aussi bonne que les gens sont aimables, à noter et faire partager.
Great value for money and good location for us that were travelling by train as it's at few mts from the train station. People at the reception really kind and helpfll. I would stay again
