    I stayed for 15 minutes. The first room was filthy and the door was broke and the second room was even worse. There was tiles hanging of the wall with black mould behind them, the floor was filthy and the bedsheets were badly stained from the previous guests. The worst place I have ever been to. Car parking is not guaranteed and is on a fist come firts served basis with enough parking for only half the number of rooms and is a distance away from the next pay and display car park also it is in an awkward location so no use if wanting to stay for working or visiting Leeds. Would not ever return and the staff were of no use at all.
