Generally......you can't really go wrong with this place. I'd recommend it, and would stay here again.

Rooms quite large with a nice view over the pool area. The breakfast selection definitely rates as one of the best I have been offered at home or abroad...I just wish they would give you your own jug of coffee instead of having to catch someones attention to get a refill!

No sets of drawers in the room, so clothes storage was a bit of a problem.

Lots! It's within easy walking distance of Las Ramblas and 2 metro stations (which is very efficient and easy to use) so is well situated.

excellent stay. I would definetely stay again. on arrival at 3pm our room wasnt ready and we were asked to come back in 1.30-2 hours. our luggage was then put in the wrong room and we asked to come back down to recption and then asked to go back to our room without luggage. the luggage was then found in another room. overall took about 10-15 minutes to sort the situation out. we didnt eat in the hotel although we looked at the menu and didnt find a wide choice so decied otherwise.overall very good stay and would recommend to others and would stay in your partner hotels.

Beautiful hotel with a lovely swimming pool area - could do with a few more sun loungers when it gets busy around the pool. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly. Hotel located very central, close to Las Ramblas - ideal! I would definitely stay there again!

The restuarant was unclean, the tablecloths were dirty and there was food all over the floor, the breakfast was cleared away well before the restuarant closing time and on bank holiday monday the restuarant closed at 10:30 and not 11am as specified on opening times for public holidays...the staff were rude and refused people entry, when numerous guests complained to the reception desk no apology was made nor anything done to rectify the situation, there were a lot of unhappy guests there that morning and the customer service was terrible. I have stayed in Barcelona previously at other hotels booked through the easyjet site and have been very impressed by their service, my husband and I spent a bit moere this time and came away wishing we had stayed at the cheaper 3 star hotel, The Rialto which we had used before as it was of a far higher standard than this one.

Trop de bruit dans les couloirs des chambres, le matin à partir de 6h00.

Calme exceptionnel pour un emplacement aussi centralisé. (Nous avions une chambre donnant sur la piscine dans la cour intérieure de l'hôtel). Cela est très appréciable compte tenu du fait que la ville bouge tout le temps et que les rues sont bruyantes....

Dommage que le jacuzi était HORS SERVICE.....et la barman de la piscine peut disponible....

Ballades sur les ramblas, la place catalunya, le port est à 15 min à pied en descendant les ramblas, il y a également pas mal de restaurants à proximité et les visites peuvent se faire à pied ou si besoin il y a les bouches d'accès au métro à 2 minutes.
