Muy bien situado y con una buena relación calidad-precio. Limpieza en las habitaciones, muy moderno y con un personal muy amable.

Muy cerca de las Ramblas y la Plaza Sant Jaume, en pleno barrio gótico. Ideal para perderse en sus calles y conocer el centro histórico de Barcelona, sin olvidar que está cerca del puerto y de la Plaza Cataluña

Personal poco profesional, pocos servicios para el cliente.

La localización era muy buena.

La habitación era interior y sin ventana. La piscinia era muy pequeña, la más pequeña que he visto en mi vida. En el traslado de la habitación perdímos una camiseta y no se recuperó. El Hotel no proporcionaba KIT Dental entres sus utensilios de baño.

El hotel en general tenia buenas instalaciones y buen confort, para lo que se puede percibir al entrar te imaginas algo mejor la habitación, que no fue nada del otro mundo, por el precio que tenia, encima nos dieron, sin poder cambiarlo una habitación que tenia el aseo preparado para minusvalidos, por falta de habitaciones, no fue lo más cómodo la verdad, ya que nos resulto incómodo a la hora de utilizar la ducha ya que se mojaba todo el aseo, por contrario se lo comentamos y vinieron a limpiarlo todo enseguida y a cambiar las toallas estuvo bien ese aspecto, para la próxima me gustaria que hubiera diferencias para elgir el tipo de habitación, ya que por ese precio teniamos hoteles con mejores instalaciones.

Room opposite a rebuild. Saturday night club in next door alley, very noisy. Should have worn earplugs as my friend did, and did not hear a thing! Was OK after the Saturday

5 mins from the subway and The Ramblas, so great location. Short walk to the harbour, so ideal for all sight seeing.

The Hotel was advertised as having a pool and jacuzzi. It did indeed have both of these things, but the jacuzzi did not work for the entire 6 nights that we stayed. On the first night the hotel manager claimed that it was because the water had just been changed due to cleaning and that it would take a while to heat up. This excuse was used on two subsequent occasions, that the water had been changed that very day. It was disappointing that they couldn't get it sorted or tell the truth as to the problem, especially as part of the reason for booking the hotel was to enjoy the roof-top jacuzzi.

The rooms are quite small, but it is Barcelona and it is very central. The room is heated using air conditioning, which cannot be switched off. This can prove quite annoying when you try to sleep.

The Rambla is a great place. Walk around the Gothic Quarter.
