ESPERABA UN MAYOR CONFORT Y MEJORES DETALLES EN LA HABITACION Y EN EL HOTEL EN GENERAL.
SU UBICACION ES PERFECTA
RESULTA MUY COMPLICADO MANEJARSE POR EL HOTEL, FALTA UNA SEÑALIZACION ADECUADA PARA QUE LOS HUESPEDES QUE ESTAN EN LAS HABITACIONES MAS ALEJADAS PUEDAN ACLARARSE.
ESTA TODO FRANCAMENTE CERCA , PASEAR POR SANTA CRUZ ES UNA DELICIA.

Su configuración, arquitectura, y jardines, amén de su integración dentro del barrio donde está situado.
En general, ninguna, sola una observación, el olor en la habitación 442, en algunos momentos era desagradable, a sumidero, creo que por el poco uso de la misma, y encontrarse las cañerías o bajantes llenos de aire

"es como visitar las antiguas "corralas" pero con el confort de la actualidad,y seguro cuando terminen la zona Spa serà fantástica"

very unusual hotel , lots of beautiful courtyards seems to go on for miles , you could get lost here.
walls between rooms very thin , no soundproofing, could hear everything, it is an old place though.

What a wonderful hotel this is! We had a fantastic stay. The staff were very helpful, friendly and attentive. I requested a quiet room with a view and we were given a wonderful room with sitting room. The hotel had arranged for a fruit bowl to be left in our room as they knew we were celebrating a birthday - definitely 4 star service! We were met on arrival and the car was parked for us in the underground car park.
Very little to say apart from the fact that the pool area closes at 8.00pm - perhaps 9.00pm would be more realistic to those travelling in the Summer with temperatures in the 40s!
Fantasic location in Santa Cruz - within walking distance to many things!

Fabulous hotel. Everything we expected and more. Had a wonderful relaxing stay. Room was beautiful. Lots of lovely cosy areas to sit and relax. Great location. Excellent breakfasts. Good friendly staff.
Not a negative, but a slight warning. Parking is complicated by the size of access. The hotel staff take car from you to park it, but glad we had hired a small car. Wouldnt have wanted to arrive in a wide car! Some warning may be needed on information provided.
Wonderful location for all the major sites in Seville.
Fantastic setting
Un lugar ideal para pasar un puente o fin de semana,situado en un barrio precioso como es el de Santa Cruz y a dos pasos de centro de esa capital tan maravillosa que es SEVILLA,con un personal con mucha amovilidad,nos a encantado,lo recomiendo.
